Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing the app or calling the API of LycheeVPN, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. The service we provide

We provide an encrypted tunnel using the Lychee Protocol through nodes that we operate. The service is provided "as is"; we strive to keep it running continuously but make no specific availability commitment for the free plan.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the service to:

• Attack, port-scan, send spam, or overload other parties' systems.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or attack tools.
• Gain unauthorized access to systems you have no right to access.
• Share, distribute, or store child sexual abuse material.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Resell access or share an account beyond the device limit of your plan.

Violations lead to immediate suspension of the device or account, with no refund. Report abuse to abuse@lycheevpn.com.

4. Accounts and devices

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Each plan has a device limit; once exceeded, the next login is refused.
• Access tokens are tied to a device and can be revoked individually.

5. Payment

• Listed prices include tax and are in Vietnamese dong.
• Paid plans are activated after the bank transfer is reconciled, usually within 24 business hours.
• There is no auto-renewal: when a plan expires, the account returns to the free tier.
• The refund policy is set out on a separate page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability in all cases will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when we detect a violation of section 3, when we receive a valid request from a competent authority, or when usage endangers the infrastructure. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced by email to users with accounts at least 30 days in advance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be brought before the competent court at the location of our registered office.
